Due to the retirement of a long-time team member, we are expanding our customer service team and are looking for you.
Your Role
You manage your own portfolio—as the primary point of contact. Straightforward, solution-oriented, and on equal footing.
Your Responsibilities
- Advising clients, policyholders, and brokers
- Coordination with advisory services, investment management, and other areas
- Transactions: New Enrollments, Withdrawals, Retirements, WEF, Contributions, Divorces, IV Cases
- Bids for Plan Revisions and Solicitations
- Helping to Shape Our Digital Processes
- Collaboration on Product Projects

What You'll Bring to the Table
- Experience in a similar role
- Certificate in Social Insurance / Occupational Retirement Benefits, or currently working toward it
- Secure Use of IT and Digitized Processes
- Enjoys proactive customer interaction and being part of a close-knit team
- Native German speaker; French is a plus
- Polite, independent, service-oriented
