Due to the retirement of a long-time team member, we are expanding our customer service team and are looking for you.
Your Role

You manage your own portfolio—as the primary point of contact. Straightforward, solution-oriented, and on equal footing.

Your Responsibilities
  • Advising clients, policyholders, and brokers
  • Coordination with advisory services, investment management, and other areas
  • Transactions: New Enrollments, Withdrawals, Retirements, WEF, Contributions, Divorces, IV Cases
  • Bids for Plan Revisions and Solicitations
  • Helping to Shape Our Digital Processes
  • Collaboration on Product Projects

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Certificate in Social Insurance / Occupational Retirement Benefits, or currently working toward it
  • Secure Use of IT and Digitized Processes
  • Enjoys proactive customer interaction and being part of a close-knit team
  • Native German speaker; French is a plus
  • Polite, independent, service-oriented
