In the BVG, the legally prescribed minimum benefits are adhered to. There is no expansion of the pension plan. Although the costs are lower for both employees and employers, both the retirement and risk benefits are low. With extra-mandatory pension solutions, the statutory minimum benefits are met, but better benefits are provided in addition. Whether in the savings process or in risk benefits, insured persons benefit in the long term.
