We are looking for aMarketing Specialist (m/f/d) (80–100%) to join our unique team, starting June 1, 2026.

This is what you do with us

In this role, you will be responsible for strategic and operational planning as well as the implementation of all marketing and communication initiatives. You will work closely and regularly with the Consulting & Business Development team to carefully coordinate initiatives and develop effective solutions.

• You will develop and maintain our brand identity and ensure the consistent implementation of our CI/CD
• You will conceptualize, create, and design content tailored to specific target audiences for websites, social media (especially LinkedIn), newsletters, and print materials (forms, advertisements, flyers)
• You will manage and optimize our website and use analytics and reports to identify specific actions to take
• You plan and organize customer events as well as internal events and carry them out independently
• You ensure a professional and consistent brand image across all communication channels
• You’ll contribute your own ideas and continuously develop our marketing and communications activities
• You will work closely with various internal stakeholders and external partners

What sets you apart

You have several years of experience in a similar role and hold a degree or professional certification (bachelor’s degree or professional certificate) in marketing or communications. You thrive in a versatile, generalist role, enjoy taking on responsibility, and work in a structured and reliable manner, maintaining high standards of quality.
