Your responsibilities
IT‑Infrastructure & 1st/2nd‑Level‑Support
- You are the first point of contact for IT issues and provide 1st- and 2nd-level support to our employees
- You will coordinate hardware and software with our external IT partner
- You'll help with releases, updates, and system customizations
- You will organize, store, and maintain our hardware
Reports & Process Support
- You will assist the business departments with process optimization and manage IT process documentation
- You will prepare reports and assist the departments with data changes
Projects, Data Protection & Training
- You will be involved in IT and organizational projects
- You will assist with data protection and IT audits
- You train employees when new staff join the company, during system rollouts, and when changes are made
What you bring to the table
- Apprenticeship as a Computer Scientist (EFZ)
- "Training as a commercial clerk (EFZ) with initial work experience in a similar position"
- Interest in a career in the IT field (e.g., business informatics or business analysis)
- Extensive knowledge of M365 and MS Office
- Secure Use of IT Systems and Applications
- Understanding of interfaces, processes, and system landscapes
- Experience in occupational pension plans (BVG) is a plus
- A structured approach to work, as well as independence, flexibility, the ability to handle pressure, and the ability to work well in a team
