The trust and satisfaction of our policyholders and customers are key elements of FUTURA's success story. Due to the upcoming retirement of a long-standing team member, we are looking to strengthen our customer service team with aSpecialist (m/f/d) in Pension BVG Customer Service, 80-100%.

 

This is what you do with us

In your new role, you will independently manage a client portfolio and advise your clients and insured persons both by telephone and in writing. You will handle simple and complex business cases such as new hires and departures, salary changes, retirements, purchases, WEF, divorces, and IV cases (in cooperation with our reinsurance department).

FUTURA is a digitalized company. Many tasks have already been automated thanks to the support of dark processing, which allows you to concentrate on the essential tasks, work on projects and make your job exciting and varied.

 

What sets you apart

Du hast fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position bei einer Pensionskasse und eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann für Personalvorsorge. Deutsch ist deine Muttersprache; gute Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse sind ein weiterer Pluspunkt.
