The trust and satisfaction of our policyholders and customers are key elements of FUTURA's success story. Due to the upcoming retirement of a long-standing team member, we are looking to strengthen our customer service team with aSpecialist (m/f/d) in Pension BVG Customer Service, 80-100%.
This is what you do with us
In your new role, you will independently manage a client portfolio and advise your clients and insured persons both by telephone and in writing. You will handle simple and complex business cases such as new hires and departures, salary changes, retirements, purchases, WEF, divorces, and IV cases (in cooperation with our reinsurance department).

What sets you apart
You have solid professional experience in a similar position at a pension fund and have completed advanced training as a pension plan specialist. German is your native language; proficiency in French and/or Italian is a plus.
You have a polite, open and humorous personality and your working style is independent, reliable and structured.
