Election to the Board of Trustees confirmed

The election procedure has been completed. The proposed candidates were elected by silent ballot for the term of office until 31.12.2026.

Raphaela Angst, as new employee representative, taking office as of 1.1.2025

Daniela Walser, as new employee representative, taking office as of 1.1.2025

Reto Fleischlin, as new employer representative, taking office as of 1.1.2026

All three representatives are also members of the Securities Committee.
