Optimization of the dispatch of documents

In response to numerous customer requests and in the interest of sustainability, starting in October, all customers with active web portal access will receive their retirement planning documents exclusively in digital form via the portal. We will no longer send these documents by mail in order to reduce paper consumption. Customers who would like to continue receiving their retirement planning documents by mail can indicate this in the web portal or notify their FUTURA contact person by email.
