16th FUTURA Retirement Planning Event

At FUTURA’s 16th retirement planning event on May 20, 2026, we were pleased to welcome 400 guests to an inspiring evening at the Campussaal in Brugg-Windisch. The event offered a successful combination of engaging presentations, personal interactions, and enjoyable moments.
From the very beginning, the atmosphere was open, lively, and filled with many interesting conversations. Peter Baumgartner, President of the FUTURA Foundation Board, hosted the evening with charm, humor, and a keen sense of the right words.
Rolf Lüscher, Managing Director of FUTURA, opened the event with an informative, personal, and at times humorous review of the past fiscal year, as well as current insights into FUTURA’s development and occupational pension plans—as charismatic as ever and connecting closely with the audience.
A particular highlight of the evening was the presentation by Dr. Marisa Tschopp. With thought-provoking insights and practical examples, she demonstrated how artificial intelligence is transforming our work environment, communication, and society. Her presentation was thought-provoking and, at the same time, offered a fascinating glimpse into the future.
The evening was also a complete success from a culinary standpoint. The team from FoodArt4You treated the guests to an outstanding cocktail reception and dinner and, with great attention to detail, created a wonderful atmosphere.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all participants, speakers, and everyone involved for a successful evening and the many exciting encounters. We are already looking forward to the next FUTURA retirement planning event.
