Our customers enjoy a high level of service and advice. We want to maintain this even as our customer base grows. We are therefore looking for ajunior pension fund administrator (m/f/d), 80-100%, to join our customer service team by agreement.

 

This is what you do with us

Our pension fund administrators in customer service manage their own customer portfolios. They advise customers (HR managers and insured persons) by telephone and in writing and handle both simple and complex transactions such as new hires and departures, salary changes, retirements, purchases, WEF, divorces, and disability cases.

We offer you the opportunity to gain a foothold in the exciting and complex field of occupational pension provision (BVG) and support you both on and off the job in your ongoing development as a specialist.

Our experienced team will guide you step by step as you familiarize yourself with your new area of responsibility so that you can quickly work independently.

 

What sets you apart

  • Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ, BM advantageous or high school diploma with completion of the Young Insurance Professional VBV program
  • 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally with initial exposure to BVG .g., HR administration
  • Highly motivated to proactively BVG expertise in BVG
  • Reliable, structured, and precise working methods with a strong focus on service
  • German is your native language; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Polite, open, and humorous personality
