With us, you’ll enter the exciting world of occupational retirement planning and develop, step by step, into an expert in the field. Working alongside an experienced team, you’ll manage your own client portfolio and serve as the point of contact for HR managers and policyholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing advice to customers and policyholders by phone and in writing
- Processing of transactions such as new hires and terminations, salary changes, retirements, pension purchases, WEF cases, divorce cases, and IV cases
- Close collaboration with in-house experts
- Gradually taking on responsibility for your own client portfolio
Thorough on-the-job training, professional support, and targeted continuing education are a given at our company. This allows you to grow both professionally and personally.
What sets you apart
- Basic commercial training (EFZ), ideally with a vocational baccalaureate, or a high school diploma with certification as a Young Insurance Professional (VBV)
- Initial work experience; experience in social security, BVG HR administration is a plus
- An interest in occupational retirement planning and a desire to acquire new professional knowledge
- A structured, reliable, and precise approach to work
- A strong focus on customer service and a passion for working with people
- Native-level German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- An open, friendly, and humorous personality
